We aim to deliver the best quality products to our customers. In case of any issue related to quality of the product or any Packaging is tampered with or damaged, products can be returned within 5 days of receiving only if the packs are sealed and not damaged in any way. Once your request is received and approved by our team, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed time.

In case of any damages, kindly email us a picture of the damaged product with the Bar Code, within 48 hours of receiving your order on sales@dryfruitdirect.in

Once our team authorizes the returns, we will process your exchange or refund. Refund can be credited into your dry fruit direct account or in your original source of payment, delivery charges might be applicable. Refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the products back.
